As part of the weekly production cycle, FoodPro has a requirement that certain data be entered weekly to update historical files. Among these are the total sales dollars for the week, the number of each item served by meal period, and the number of people served by meal period. In a cash operation, these are normally captured by point-of sale registers.
The FoodPro POS Interface and Sales Reporting module uploads the data from these registers and updates FoodPro with the relevant data. Users are able to analyze the information using various financial reports.
