POS Interface and Sales Reporting
As part of the weekly production cycle, FoodPro® has a requirement that certain data be entered weekly to update historical files. Among these are the total sales dollars for the week, the number of each item served by meal period, and the number of people served by meal period. In a cash operation, these are normally captured by point-of sale registers. Each register is closed out and reconciled one to three times daily by meal period.

The FoodPro® POS Interface and Sales Reporting module automatically uploads the data from these registers off-line during the night, and decodes and updates the FoodPro® files. A complete set of post cost reports are then available for user selection.
